resources and manufacturing operations experience. He has held
responsibilities in employee relations, staffing, equal opportunity
compliance, and safety. Greg demonstrates breadth and depth as
a generalist in performance management, training, benefits, compensation,
organizational development and employee communications. Before
moving into consulting, most of his career was in textiles, paper,
commercial construction products and most recently the health
industry. He has worked with companies like Monsanto, Armstrong
World Industries, Champion International Corporation, International
Paper, HealthNet, Domtar Industries, Alcan Packaging, XOtech,
LLC, Ricoh and Lasertone.
